Bookings and deposits

A deposit of 25% is required to hold your dates. The deposit can be made by check, Venmo, Zelle, bank transfer or credit card (3% processing fee). Receipt of your deposit confirms your reservation along with a signed contract constitutes acceptance of our terms and conditions.

Final Payment

Final payment can be paid by check, Venmo, Zelle, wire transfer or credit card ( 3%  processing fee.)

Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. All bookings made within 60 days of arrival are subject to full payment.

Cancellations Charges

90 days or more prior to arrival: no charge per person
60 to 90 days: 20% penalty charge of the package price
60 days or less: 100% of package price unless villa is rebooked in the next 12 to 18 months

Refunds

All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of scheduled completion of the trip.

No refunds will be made due to delays or changes in the airline schedules, or any individual decision not to participate.

Documentation

US citizens will be required to provide proof of citizenship consisting of a valid passport. Failure to present proper identification will not be entitle you to any refund.

Responsibility

Villa Puesta Del Sol and associated and/or affiliated subsidiary companies and your travel agency are not responsible for accidents, loss, detention, annoyance, delays, and expenses arising from quarantine, strikes, force majeure, failure of any means of conveyance to arrive or depart as scheduled, government restrictions or regulations, discontinuance or change in transit or lodging, and other causes over which we have no control. As the full responsibility of the operation of any conveyance used for tours rests with the company(ies) or persons engaged in conveying passengers, and said company(ies) of operation, compensation, for any mishap must be sought in the country where the list inconvenience or accident occurred. Neither Villa Puesta Del Sol and its agents, suppliers, or travel agents shall assume any liability for member’s failure to obtain required documentation; in which case members will not be entitled to a refund. The passage contract in use by the airlines concerned, when issued, shall constitute consent to all provisions in the condition list.
